I am looking for a cheap reliable web host for my website/domain?

I am looking for a fairly inexpensive webhost that is still reliable. I need features such as CGI and flash/shockwave ability...Does anyone have a website and love their host? Any ideas. Please do not tell me to google because I have tried and am wanting some good feedback. Thanks
