Know of super cheap web hosting for a tiny site?

I need a cheap but reliable web host for a small business. All I really need is ~50mb storage, php/cgi, and cpanel for around $5/month I dont need a hosting package with 1.5GB of storage and 500GB transfer, that would be horrendous overkill for the size of site that I will be using.
