I would recommend 110mb.com. It has free hosting with all of the space that you will need. I know you probably think that because it is free that it sucks but it is actually much better than most of the paid services i have used. But you will have to get your own .com somewhere else like godaddy.com or my personal favorite moniker.com. Also if you want to use mysql or similar things it is just a one time fee rather than pay per month. Ohh but whatever you choose STAY AWAY FROM 1AND1.COM i have used them and although their services are good they will try to get you to purchase stuff that you dont need or know about.

Usually the web host companies which gives you free domain, or cheap ones make you pay for it either way buy selling yearly package or costly hosting service. Check out mydosty.com they have 99 cent hosting, but they dont sell domains I suppose. you'll have to get it from godaddy.com
