What is the cheapest web hosting out there?

I have a domain I got on yahoo and I want to transfer it to a cheaper host. What is a good host?

  3. DotEasy and FreeWebs. DotEasy is low cost and FreeWebs is free, they are both good choices, but DotEasy has more features.
  4. I use http://www.1and1.com They have both Linux and MS hosting for about $3 - $4 bucks a month. Only drawback is you buy in 6 month contracts. Excellent hosting from my experience however.

  8. the cheapest right now is startlogic hosting. you get over a TERABYTE of space for like 4.95 a month and a really nice platform for your website. Easy to use..
